Peak Season (20th December - 10th January)
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival - No charge
- Cancellation 30 days - 60 days prior to arrival - 2 night charge
- Cancellation less than 30 days or No Show - Full duration of booking will be charged
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival - No charge
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival - 1 night charge
- No Show - 1 night charge
- Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival - No charge
- Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival - 1 night charge
- No Show - 1 night charge
Amendments
delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part, must be made through our resort only. The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and email address you originally used to make your booking. If the amendments results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of total value or 500 Baht, whichever is the greater.
Shortening of stay
The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-out, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subjected to cancellation and No Show Polic
